hi, anyone out here know how to top up a portugese payasyougo sim card in uk? could i use a UK topup voucher on it?

Sadly, you won't be able to use a UK Top Up voucher on your Portuguese Vodafone PAYG phone. I recommend contacting Vodafone Portugal on this one - you may be able to register and topup online like UK customers can with a Vodafone UK account.
