Track my order problem

Hello I have been using the Track My Order facility on the Vodafone website and it states my expected delivery is 23 to 30 October 2014. Please can this be updated as I have yet to receive the iPhone 6 64gb grey that I ordered on the 4th October. I have not had an email update from Vodafone since the 5th November either. Some communication would be appreciated. How long is the waiting list? Can you advise of my place in the queue? Thanks, Nick
