I have ordered a new added 20p sim card after purchased i recieved a comfirmation email and tracking number that start it T not WEB’, ‘SBL’, ‘EDM’ or ‘UC4. so i dont know how to track my sim card.

As soon as your SIM has been despatched, you will receive an updated emal. PAYG SIM's are usually sent by usual postal services.

I recently ordered one @prewsu and allowing for Sunday's came in about 4 days.
Fastest way is via visiting a Vodafone Highstreet Store if local and convenient.

As far as I'm aware, the standard tracking is for phones, and the 'WEB’, ‘SBL’, ‘EDM’ and ‘UC4' prefixes, which are the only ones available on the tracking form, will be identifiers for phone orders.
I've just read through the assorted Ts&Cs you accept when ordering a SIM and paying for a bundle, and they're pretty indigestible! The only useful info I found was to take up any problems with the Service Provider, so I'd think that Live Chat or Customer Services (contact details here) are the people to offer your T- order number to, if your SIM hasn't turned up yet.
