Transfer of ownership

Hi,

I was previosly a Vodafone customer (over a year ago) and had a Sure Signal Box. I now wish to gift this to my friend. I have tried de-registering the device online, but am unable to as my old login will not work.

I have the serial number of the box (21224334819) and wish to de-register it.
