Transmitter location and weak signal Bt30

Since Heavy Snowfall (Blizzard Conditions) on 22.03.13. mobile phone signal has been weak. at my home.

Did snow cause defect at local transmitter?

Can you tell me how the signal is today?

I only ask because the serving site for your area (1514) has been listed as resolved today - 1514 - BT25.
