Hello
The computer wouldn't let me connect via USB so I tried enabling Bluetooth File sharing in System Preferences > Sharing & then restarting
That did the trick
Thanks for your help...

Hi JamesLarman,
The code you need to enter would normally be one that either the MAC is providing or one you create on the phone to enter in the Mac.
Are you’re pairing the devices through the phone menu or the Mac?
Are you able to connect the phone to the Mac via USB?
If you go into your Bluetooth settings, is there an option for a PIN? This could be in the pairing settings for the Mac that is shown on your phone.

Hello
I have now managed to pair the devices but when I try to send a file I get the message 'Failed to send.'
What can I try next??
Thanks,
James

Hello
They are 3GPP '.3GP' movie files & usually no more than 50KB.
Thanks

Hello
What do you mean by 'sending contacts'?
If you are asking if I can send files to other phones the answer is no. As I am on PAYG I can't seem to send MMSs. I haven't tried sending files to another phone using Bluetooth.
At the moment I just want to send files from phone to computer via Bluetooth...
Thanks

Hi beames,
Page 42 of the manual shows you'll need to install the driver to your Mac for it to transfer some files from the phone.
I'm trying to find out if the Bluetooth 1.2 can handle the file types you've mentioned too. I'll post back once I've got a reply from our device managers.
Cheers, Ben
