Turn off voicemail online

Hi- is it possible to turn off voicemail using my online account rather than using the handset itself?

I'm abroad and can't use 1210 and don't want to incur a £3 roaming charge for just turning it off

im not sure you can but you could try asking Live Chat if they can.

They are found in the Contact Us Link at the foot of the forum.

Try to dial ##002# and press 'Call'

Its a GSM code rather than a phonecall, so it shouldn't cost you any money (not 100% sure, just 98% sure )

You should be able to cancel your diverts through your online account.

Take a look at your settings, there should be an option for dont divert calls where all calls will go to your mobile.
