USB dongle without SIM

Hi everyone

I have one of the data sims which I can keep topping up, and am currently using it in my Samaung Galaxy Tab without any problems.

What I now want to do is to be able to use it in my laptop, but the laptop doesn't have a sim slot so I'll have to use it in a USB dongle, and that's the problem - can I get a dongle without a sim, or one into which I can put the sim?  If I bought a K3750-Z can the sim in it (I'm assuming it HAS a sim in it) be removed and replaced with my data sim?  I'd be swapping the sim between the laptop and Tablet, so it mustn't be too fiddly 😉

Thanks for your post here.

That would be absolutely fine. You’d probably need to edit the settings once you get the modem, but that’s not too difficult.

Let us know when/if you get the modem and we’ll take a look at your SIM to determine which settings you need.
