Unable to Track Order

Hello UK Vodafone.

I ordered MOT E phone on 20th Nov and received a email stating the WEB order number. When i try to track the order, it says invalid order number. When i speak to customer service they say that they are expecting a huge shipping and hence the delay. How is it possible to attract a customer when there is not product in stock .
