Unable to add users to my sure signal

Hello, 

 

Whenever I try to add anyone to my sure signal I get an error :

 

"Sorry – there seems to be a problem.

We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004"

 

No matter what I do, I can't see to add anyone. 

 

I've tried to contact vodafone but get told to use the web interface, which doesn't work!!. 

 

Please help.

If you still cannot then please do speak to Live Chat from a Computer or 191 and I'm sure they'll be able to add the Vodafone Mobile number your trying to add.

Yes I am using the new dashboard, I spoke to vodaphone via live chat and they got me to un register it and re-register it , and nope it didn't work. 

 

I even unregistered it, then registered it to another voda account I have and it still wouldn't work. 

 

It would seem I can only have one working number on it.

Ive read that un registering for 24 hours and then re registering can help.

 

"You can register up to 32 Vodafone numbers to use your Sure Signal."

I have tried all sorts, unregistering it, reseting it, etc. 

 

I will try and speak to the right team in vodaphone to discuss it in the morning, for now I've registered on my second account with the number I most need to be working.

"Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team."
