Unable to connect to local carrier

I have an 5S, and regularly travel abroad and no problem connecting to local carriers. but currently in Egypt and the phone will not connect to the local carrier either automatically or manually. I have tried reboot unsuccessfully. Do you have any suggestions?

What type of ReBoot have you tried ? Is it the hold power button and home button until the  logo shows. 

Or 

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

Are you sure the Local Network is not having issues. 

Please try your Sim in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim that may be at fault.
