Hi,
I cancelled online order and I was assured that the refund will arrive in 10 working days.
I haven't received any refund after 3 weeks.
1. I contacted online chat help asking about refund. They said order is cancelled, but to refund I must call 191.
2. I called 191, but they said they do not do refunds and I must take visa bank statement and visit the store.
3. I printed visa statement with charge and visisted the store, but they said they do not deal with online orders and I should try online chat.
4. I tried online chat again, they said they do not deal with order cancellation and I should call 191.
MADNESS! I want my money back! The order is cancelled, I have order number and tracking number. Parcel is returned to sender.

@ezaquarii There would be a more civilised way if Vodadone was not denying your order number is invalid when you can show that it is correct.
Peronally I would ask my bank to do a chargeback of the amount and then write to Vodfaone at; Customer Relations Manager, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN. explaining the circumstances and copies of emails you have which resulted in the chargeback. Send the letter by Recorded Delivery so that you have proof of receipt.

This is exactly what I did! I contacted them IMMEDIATELY after order was placed (2-3 minutes), BEFORE it was dispatched. I explained that the order was due to my confusion and I wanted to top up my PAYG SIM card. I ordered the sim card by accident. They told me that the order is now cancelled and I'll get refund in 10 working days.
After few days I received mail parcel (despite cancellation) that I refused to accept, because the order was cancelled BEFORE dispatching.
Now the online chat guys blatantly try to convince me, that the order ID I got in the e-mail is invalid.
