Unable to manage suresignal

Hope you can offer some advice.

 

i have no longer got the mobile number with which my original account was created and cannot access my suresignal control.

 

is it possible to have it reset (s/n 21196847327) so that I can re-register.

the team will have to help with this one mate.

 

or cus services could do it for you. just requires for it to be deregistered then you should be good to go.

kind of naively expected that someone from Vodafone might actually monitor the forum.

 

Does make you wonder why this wasn't picked up when I cancelled the number as I did have to switch my vodafone account at that time.

 

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

aaah...they do mate. thing is it takes them about 24 hours to respond. you can wait or ring cs in the moring..depends on how eager you are to get it fixed

Called CS who I hope have re-set the box. Could take 24 hours however, so I will reserve judgement.

 

Its more anoying that the vodaphone signal has greatly reduced in the past week, things had been much better for 6 months or more but now it's once more like a black spot. Vodafone CS called me back this evening but the call was cut off due to the poor signal, which I hope the suresignal will resolve. Kind of ironic.
