I recently upgraded my SIM only contract to a new RED package that includes NOW TV and was sent the SMS with a link in to choose my entertainment deal. When I go to the link NowTV is not listed and the other 2 options (Spotify and sky sports) cost money.
I contacted Vodafone yesterday and they said the problem would be fixed in 30 minutes but I've tried again today and still get shown the same options even when I'm definitely on 4G rather than WIFI. I also have never signed on to NowTV previously.
I'd appreciate any advice on what I can do to get the subscribed to the NOWTV package.

If you previously had an entertainment package before upgrading, you need to cancel your ongoing subscription. As soon as this has been done, you will be able to opt into the new subscription which comes with your upgrade. Please be aware that the subscription will continue until the next monthly renewal date.
If this was NOW TV, you can find how to cancel from the link below. For cancellation of other entertainment packages, this information can be found from the support pages.

Hi there, unfortunately that link doesn't help me as I've never had a NowTV account, so I can't login to cancel my pass.
I've tried using the forgotten my username on that site in case I was automatically registered but it doesn't recognize the email I use with Vodafone so I don't know why it won't provide me with the option to get NowTV.
Is there anything else I can do or can someone in support reenable my access to NowTV?
