Unidentified Subscriber

I've got the unindentified subscriber message thing, but it's only on one person, so I don't know if it's just them? but, when I sent a text to 9770 to check my message settings, I never got one back. I've checked everything & it all seems fine, so I don't understand what's wrong. Anyone help?

what is this `unidentified subscriber` thing? if your alot more forward with the details, people will be able to help more.

for example, what phone do you have? what software is it running? are you contract or payg? the more info you can provide and the clearer it is, the more people will be able to help due to having the full facts.

for your software version on a BB, simply open up a new email, and type myver then hit the spacekey, this gives you your model number and OS level, both are needed, as many a time people say `i have a bold` for example, theres 4 different bolds, so detail is key here.
