Please try resetting the iPhone.

On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.

Settings -> General-> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

Hi I'm also having this problem

I'm a new customer to Vodafone and all I've had is problem after problem. This is supposed to be fixed for me now after 2 sim swaps and numerous iPhone resets etc.

Someone needs to post a valid reason why this is happening and a fix asap before I cancel due to breach of contract.

Hi, I am having similar problems as you and little to no support from Vodafone......after nearly 50 mins on hold!! Have you sorted this yet? Considering cancelling contract as clearly they are unable to fulfil their contract. Many thanks, charlotte

Ive still not been sorted!!

I got told by Voda that it was a " Known fault " with 6s and 6splus

I went to apple and they just laughed!! - They tested my sim in a brand new phone and basically said voda are fobbing me off....

I went back into the voda store and they said all they could do was send an email to their tech team which would take 72 hours.... Ive to go back wednesday evening...

Sick of chasing round like an idiot now they have until wednesday, If it aint working they can cancel my contract.

Since Saturday, all received calls coming through as unknown. Typically with Vodafone, they won't accept this is an issue with them and apple have run tests on the phone and that is working fine. The handset is only 5 weeks old. Anyone else experiencing this?? Vodafone support is driving me crazy!!! 😡😡

And try if the above does not work.

I have tried this and apple have restored all settings and still no luck. They are pointing their finger to Vodafone ....... Stuck in the middle of Apple and Vodafone!! Fun!!  Thank you for your suggestion.

If you call yourself from your mobile what does it show in 'Recent > Missed calls?

Also are you able to try your sim in a different phone and get someone to call you and see what happens?

Hi

I'm having the same issue since last Wednesday. Forget all the advice about resetting and new SIM cards. I have tried everything - I am in the mobile phone business and this has now gone to a very high level at Vodafone. If you ring support at Vodafone they will tell you they have never heard of this issue.

Do you have a 6s? Have you been abroad recently? This seems to be a common problem.
