Unfortunately there is no email address, by phone is the only method of contact.
Have you reported the loss to the local police and obtained a police report?

Tip :
Have you tried logging into your findmyiphone to track it, lock it and wipe it.
Lost mode can help too.

Sorry to add -> As indicated No their isn't an email address for Vodafone Customer services.

@Anita_T Did your SIM card have a passcode activated?
Log into your account at www.icloud.com and you can completely wipe your phone from there. You can also send a message to the phone but if it was stolen as opposed to being lost the person who has it is unlikely to respond.
Which country did you have the phone stolen in?
