Unknown Caller displayed for every incoming call

Every call i receive displays unknown caller. I have tried everything....and i mean everything. 

Can someone please help!

Thanks for the link but have just found out live chat is only 8am-8pm. Will give it a go tomorrow.

Livechat is 24/7 calling CS uses those hours.
