Unlocking iphone 6 plus from vodafone (ebay)

Hi

So i have bought a vodafone unlock service from ebay for my iphone 6 plus.
Do the sellers unlock through vodafone? Ive used ebay to unlock a 5s befre with no problem but this time its taking too long its been 2 weeks
Was wondering if anybody else done/experianced the same and if the sellers do it through voda

No they don't.  There is only one place to get an offical unlock that is directly through Vodafone.

I would seek your money back from the eBay source and as suggested go through the network.

It does not take 2 weeks to unlock an iPhone.
