Have you checked any Spam email inboxes ?
Do you meet the criteria to unlock from Vodafone?
Ie On payg 30 days has elapsed with you using the sim card in be phone making calls etc.
On Pay Monthly x3 bills have been paid on time.
If its an iphone your unlocking then its not via a code you'd input but instead by inserting an active alternative Networks sim card and if its an iphone 4s or lower hook up to iTunes. It can take Apple 30 days sometimes to complete the unlocking process at their end.
Have you spoken to customer services about this?
