Hi,

I left Vodafone but still have Sure Signal device. I want to transfer it to another person, but don't know how to do it, because I cannot access MyVodafone account anymore. What can I do to unregister the device?

What you should have done is deregister the device prior to leaving Vodafone.  But don't worry, one of the eForum Team will be able to help you get the device deregistered so that you can give it to someone else.  One of the Team will be along in about 24 - 48 hours or so to send you the instructions you need to get in touch.  You'll need to provide details about your old account, so have those to hand.
