I’ve had a new line added to my account and 10 working days later the SIM card is still unregistered on the network. Have complained to Vodafone through 191 and email. The issue is still unresolved. Contacted by Specialist Care Team, they didn’t know details about my complaint and I now have to wait another 48 hours until SIM is registered.
Are there any other ways to escalate complaints other than via the website or 191?
