Updated Mac Mobile Braodband Software

I have just received my macbookpro (with snow leopard) and can't use my K3520 Mobile Broadband Stick (i believe the disc that came with the stick was out of date).
I have spoken to someone at the technical help desk and they said I need to get to an updated version (which I had downloaded on my pc and tried to burn to disc earlier, but that wouldn't work), then stated that I needed to get this either instore or using a landline service ?
Is there a quicker way I can get online as I need the service ASAP and i'm using an old pc which is not up to scratch.

Welcome to the eForum,

You're on the right path, however you may be going about this the long winded way. First let's make sure you are downlowding the correct verion of the software from the vodafonr Business site.

Secondly, instead of burning this to a dics on the pc, simply copy it onto a usb stick and transfer it to your Mac, that way there's no risk of influencing the format and we should be able to proceed.
