Hi,
I performed my upgrade last night and paid for a delivery today between 12pm and 6pm. I received a text message to say the order had been received but I've received no more information. The phone hasn't turned up and when I click on the upgrade section of my account it just says 'something went wrong'
Can anyone offer any help?

It's only a little past 6pm so hopefully the phone is still en route @b0bbins
If it does not turn up then I'd suggest to ring 191 or use Live Chat for Account Access to check what's happening.
Ask specifically if the phone is In-Stock for despatch.

Hi Ann,
Thanks for the response. I paid extra for delivery today. I've not had an email or text since the original confirmation of the order though. I've been with Vodafone for well over 10 years now and should be used to this. Every 2 years I say "This is the year I switch" and end up staying.
It looks like I'm stuck waiting until tomorrow to see if anything happens.

@b0bbins - I hope you’ve received your phone now and I’m sorry to hear of the delivery issues you’ve faced.
As you’ve paid extra to receive the phone and you didn’t get it on the agreed date, we can take a look at the delivery charge.
