Hi hope someone can help. I have just transferred my number over from three. And i am trying to set up my online account but it is asking me for my pin. But I was never given a pin. Can someone tell me how to get my pin please. Many thanks Andy

Hi @bluephenex
The pin is your choice of 4 memorable digits used for identification when contacting customer services.
If you use live chat or call Vodafone using 191, they will be able to set this up for you.
If you are setting up an account, you should receive a code to the phone for confirmation.

Thanks for the reply. I will give the live chat a go as it will not let me set one up. Cheers Andy
