Hi,
With the situation recently with the Samsung Note 7 Vodafone need to ensure they look after the customers who have decided to remain with the Network and opt for the s7 edge.
Maybe by Sunday your account will have been cleared to allow the order of the phone.
If you continue to encounter issues then perhaps ring Vodafones Complaints [Removed by admin]
If this my situation and this continued I'd be inclined to ask for my account to be taken back to the status where I could upgrade in the store / take a contract out in the store.
Stock permitting then I'd be walking out of the shop with phone in hand.

It does appear at times from reading other posts that their systems for some reason lets things down.
Regarding the Account Status it's just something I'd be considering if I was in your situation. It takes possibly a few working days to clear its status back to pre upgrade status.
If your passing your most local Vodafone Highstreet Store it wouldn't harm to pop in and ask them if their systems will let them help you and what phones they currently have in stock.
