Upgrade order-no updates

Hi-i upgraded from pay montly 12 month SIM only contract on sunday afternoon choosing huawei P9 on 24 month contract. Ive heard nothing since sunday about progress, online tracker just shows order received but the upfront payment has gone thru. Suspect that vf arent going to deliver on this upgrade-it had the smartwatch with it-was told would be able to collect instore in 1-2 working days yet if i choose phone now without watch offer I can collect almost immediately. Anyone had a similar experience or know who can help? Had a nightmare upgrading 2 years ago so want to avoid another one! Thanks

Hi. Can you post a link to the watch offer? That offer was when the phone first came out but was discontinued some time back.

Sometimes the tracker etc doesn't update properly, it never updated for me but the phone arrived when it was supposed to.

Unfortunately I don't have the link and the offer is no longer showing online - my emailed upgrade confirmation and order tracker detail phone + watch. I know it was part of the pre-order deal earlier this year which surprised me when I saw it online.
Think I might give the store a call tomorrow on the offchance it's arrived.

Couldn't actually speak to anyone-kept getting disconnected so eventually managed to have a webchat with someone who confirmed that my order had been sent to the store and that I should receive a text confirming and a phonecall from the store-needless to say I'm still waiting for both! Just hope they don't return it before I have a chance to collect!

I made a order for a phone last friday before the bank holiday and was told the phone will comes the tuesday. It did arrive on tuesday but the tracker did not update. I called vodafone and they gave me the postal tracking details. I would call them and ask them about the offer and when you would be getting it plus any tracking details they can give you.
