Upgrade webpage not working :(

I'm tyring to upgrade my contact to pre order the iphone 6, but I get a message saying

"You can't upgrade just yet You need wait until you're eliglbe to upgrade or until your current price plan ends. You will be able to upgrade this number form 06 July 2014"

it's not 12/09/2014 on my calander, so what can't I upgrade?

Also is the online chat function still on the website?  I could not see it anywhere.

Hey Jim,

That is odd - bet it made you check the calendar twice!

You can chat with us online on the Contact Us page - you just need to follow the options through to the end.
