Hello!

Why isn't possible upgrade to iphone, but all other phones are? My plan already ended on 17 january 2015, but still not possible upgrade to any iphone?

It is possible to upgrade to an iPhone. What leads you to believe that it isn't?

when i pick upgrade to iphone, it shows - sorry, there are no products available for your selection. Please update your choices and try again.

Are you selecting a particular plan or monthly budget before you get to that point?

I have none of these points.. just shown at my account that i'm ready for an upgrade, when i choose this point, it shows upgrade landing page, upgrade phone and plan, upgrade plan only and upgrade to iphone. I choose last one and then it shows n products available!
