Upgrade

Keep getting the following message when trying to look at upgrade options for a phone currently on my account: "You can upgrade this number early, but our system is downYou can upgrade up to 190 days before your current contract ends but unfortunately our system is currently down so you're not able to upgrade early right now. Please try again in a few hours. Please note that upgrading early can only be done online." Cleared all previous histroy, cookies, cache etc still not working.

Try clearing your Browsers Cache and cookies and or use another browser. 

If that fails then customer services on 191 or Live Chat can help or if local and convenient a Vodafone High street Store can help too.
