Refuse ? What were you told ?

Are you using Live Chat or ringing 191 ?

Can you try upgrading online or are you trying for a deal.

I’d suggest to ring early morning or pop into a Vodafone Highstreet Store.

I’m thinking that after 6pm a skeleton type shift comes on.

When I'm discussing contacting customer service for specific assistance such as the Upgrades or Retention Department I suggest to ring when they open or around 5pm when the departments I assume are fully manned.

I wish you well on the Avenue you decide to take.

Hi @morritos

If you called at 18.30, with it being the busy time due to customers arriving home from the working day, the department should have been more than fully staffed and be in a position to handle your call and advise upgrade options.

Try calling again and choosing the due an upgrade option.  It could be that the advisor you spoke to was just unable to transfer your call to the Department and you need to redial.
