I am able to upgrade from 2 days ago and was told by a Vodafone shop that I could do it through Carphone Warehouse if I wanted. The shop knows I am a Red+ leader as I discussed my husband becoming a sharer when his contract ends in 3 months. Just to make sure before I committed to anything I spoke with Vodafone Customer Service and they tell me I have to upgrade through them to keep this. How strange because 2 years ago I upgraded through Carphone and about a year later started the Red+. I believed upgrading through say Carphone meant I am in contract with Vodafone and not Carphone. Does anyone know which is the truth and will I lose the Red+ service if I upgrade outside of Vodafone? I pay my Direct Debit to Vodafone.

Can I ask what's drawing you to CPW ?
I would suggest talking to the Retentions Department via 191 who maybe able to offer you a good deal.
If you open a contract with CPW then you do become a customer to them.

Glad its clear as mud really whoever wrote all the waffle on s contract obviously needs to write in clearer terms or tell you in store or online or warning do not buy or sign a contract with cpw as you get stitched up by Vodaphone when they can't give you the contract them and cpw promised you because we can't keep our promise s cause we are liars and steal your money and can't add up 49 and 49 lol [Removed in line with Community House Rules]

i upgraded on saturday and i still have not received any email confimation from vodafone regarding my upgrade and i have spoke on chat and was assured i would receive yeserday 09-05-17 before midnight and still have not received anything and have checked junk and spam still nothing. My email is always signed in so i check easily i have had enough of vodafone and there customer services is very poor they tell u all the time dont worry we will sort they dont sort anything they cant do there jobs properly
