Hi. I recently bought voxi sim from the store and have activated. But i did not know there is a username for my online account. How could i possible to check it? Thank you.

If you’ve forgotten your details you could try the Reset options.
Or set up a new account using a different email address, different name and password.

If the account is already registered, you have to use the account already set up, when the number is registered, you cannot open a fresh account with alternative information, this can only be done when a registered account has been deleted from the system and cannot use information associated with a previous account.
If you have not registered for an online account, you won't have a user name. If you have already registered with a code being sent to your phone to verify the number and forgotten your user name, you need to click on the forgotten user name link. If you have entered an incorrect user name or password with unsuccessful tries, the account will be locked and will need to be reset by Customer Services.
As soon as the account is up and running, you will be able to download the My Vodafone Application from the Play Store, this will help monitor your usage and prevent you going over your monthly allowance.
Until the first bill has been received and you have some billing information to view, you will be unable to view any information. Please remember due to pro ratered billing, the first bill will always be more than expected and you will need to check the billing dates.
