Having mobile services more than 4 years now and still service is third class. Never ever next time go with Vodafone. Using broadband a year now and getting less speed and instead solving my problem creating problem that I’m getting free services. I said I have full proof of bank statement of direct debit that every month I’m paying and without my authorisation they adding new line to my account. And cut the phone

They are adding one more line to my address without my permission and when I said I’m recording your call and Vodafone customer said they will not talked if I’m recording and cut my phone. It is really not acceptable and if they add new line to my account without my authorisation I will definitely take this matter to court
