V1 Sure Signal - Power button flashing - Please help

Hello,

I have just changed interent router ( to talk talk ) and now my sure signal is not working. I have tried the various reset buttons, turn on and off, router turn on and off but the power button is still flashing on the V1 sure signal box indicating that there is a issue.

Can some one please help me fix this as i am not too techical!

You don't need to give the store any reference numbers. If you explain the issue they'll be able to help further.
