Hi There
Up until tonight my Sureignal V2 was working fine. Now the two lights are flashing. The serial number is 40111028839. I have tried resetting it but with no luck. Any help would be appreciated

Hi Allan,
Thanks for posting. Your traceroute all seems normal. Looking at your Sure Signal serial number I can see it last connected to our servers last night around 19:33.
Could you post me your IP address and the results of your speedtest too if you're still having issues? Our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread shows you how to get these.
