I have a V3 Sure Signal supplied by my company. The power light is flashing, 'InService' and 'In Use' both solid orange, can you help?

Hello.
Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Tech to look over.

@Experimentalist I've checked your serial number and can see that your Sure Signal device hasn't made contact with our server since 25 October 2015.
As the device hasn't been used in over 12 months, all services to the unit will have been stopped and the device won't be able to reconnect to our network.
Please see our T's&C's for more information.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you'd like to purchase a new Sure Signal, please check out our website for more information.
