Recently upgraded to a new contract with vodafone, was advised i can apply or the VEA scheme, which will discount the contract by 30%. I applied for the VEA scheme online, and received a confirmation email, statsing the discount has been applied. When i check my bundle, theres no discount applied and im being charged full amount.
I have tried contacting customer services on numerous occasions, only to be told please wait 48 hours. It's since been 2 week's and nothing been resolved.
How difficult is it, to apply a discount, which was promised intially when the crontact was taken out?

Thank you for the reply.
My only concern is that the customer services have checked my account , and can not see the discount on my account at all. I dont know whether it has been actually applied to my account. When i explain the situation, they suggest to wait 24-48 hours.
