I'm have an issue with my VSS v2 after upgrading to an iPhone 5 (same number), but with a new SIM. I have rebooted the VSS but the system light just constantly flashes!!! The ports on my router have been opened/forwarded.

After reading many posts/threads I think my VSS needs to be resync'd at Vodafone's end, is this correct? I have viewed the troubleshooting guide but my symptom is NOT described in the list of defects.

Please advise.

Hi nickwinger74,
Please reset the Sure Signal and let us know if the issue still persists. Please also confirm who your internet service provider is.
* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour
Thanks,
Sukhi
