Hi - I have just purchased a Sure Signal 3 device serial number 43162271308 and despite registering the unit, i still have a slow flashing internet light - can you advise what checks I can make to resolve this. This is conncetd to my BT Home Hub 5 -Thx

How long has it been flashing? It can sometimes take an hour or two to run through the initial configuration after you register it.
If it's been a while, you could try enabling the Port Clamping option in the Home Hub config pages, it's in Advanced -> Broadband -> VPN from memory... if not then have a look around the advanced menus

@spritcha Your Sure Signal may still be pending activation. How long ago did you register your device?
