I currently have 3 x suresignals over the property connected via a Vigor 2830 (ADSL port pppoa) and all is fine, it doesn't work on the second WAN due to pppoe - not a problem, we understand and manage that.
We are upgrading to BT Infinity on both WANs. My question is if ANYONE is successfully using a Draytek (or other) Load balancing device with Suresignal AND BT Iinfinity (VDSL)? If you are, please can you post back with modem and router, plus anything special you had to do (open ports or not). As I see it, I have 3 options :
a 4th option (not keen and would have to quickly cancel order) is to stick with ADSL on one of the lines.
Many thanks.

Hi David
We use Watchguard Firewalls with FTTC and Sure Signals without any issues.
I have XTM25 and XT505 devices, using the Openreach supplied modems and Talk Talk and Eclipe FTTC Services.
Be default I block all ports so have created a service for the Sure Signal to allow it to communicate, outgoing only.
All works without issue.
Good luck
John

Thank you - that's exactly the kind of info I was hoping for.

We use a 2860 vdsl and the suresignal works fine (you just need to disable the VPN services on the router)
Not tried it with loadbalance, but can't imagine it would get in the way as once the VPN tunnel is up and running it will be locked in place and not get swapped between WAN connections.

Just as a follow up, Infinity has been installed on both our lines. We are using Draytek 130 modems with firmware 3.7.8.3 (had to get from Dratek tech support). Connection from both is to 2925 dual wan running 3.8.0.1 , connected using PPPoE. Set the MTU size to 1500, bound the suresignals to a wan, opened the ports and all is working just fine. Not sure if we needed to open the ports nor bind the SS to one Wan, but it's working so no point in fixing it till it breaks. Performance through the Drayteks is fine also - we are getting consistently 78dl and 19.5ul on both lines - the BT HH5's are unpacked in their boxes. Very happy.
Edit - we did not disable VPN and use it regularly - it seeems fine
