VSS2 registered but not working

I have register a second hand sure signal 2 on my account.

I have two lights active, red light and what looks like a signal strength light, but the phone light is out.

The vss2 serial number is: 401110243366

It replaces a VSS1 I had on my account and which I've de-registered and removed.

Vodafone, please can you see if it is connecting to the VSS service.

Hi Vodafone. This is now working.

Please can you tell me the meaning of the phone symbol on this device. I presume it means there is a phone in use. I'm seeing it light up regularly even though no one is making a voice call. Does it refelct data usage too?

The red light means that either calls or data are being passed through the box and is in use.

Thanks. The red light is permanently lit. I was asking about the phone symbol, which is sometimes lit, sometimes not.

Hi mtcsltd,

When the phone light is lit, it means that the Sure Signal is in use and is carrying a call or data traffic.
