Hello
I have already been through troubleshooting and nothing in there is any use because it has let me add the phone and the VSS is working for 2 previously registered phones with no problems.
We have reset the VSS having added the number and we have also powered the phone down and back up. We have left them both for several hours but we have had no update text to the phone and it is still showing SOS.
We have used the phone in 3G on other parts of the Vodafone network.

I didn't have to swap the Sims - The Blackberry sprang into life at just after Midnight (while we were in bed asleep) almost 14 hours after I first added it to the VSS.

Good Afternoon stevenhb,
Thanks for supplying this information. If you have two phones working with the Sure Signal then we can rule out an issue with that.
Could you try swapping the SIM from one of the working phones into the BlackBerry to see if it will then connect to the Sure Signal? I'd also try putting the SIM from the BlackBerry into a different phone to see what happens.
