VSS3 not connecting with BT Home Hub 4

Hi Guys,

 

VSS3 status is active.

 

VSS3 will not connect to HH4. Tried opening ports in HH4 but still looking at VSS3 with flashing power light and last 2 lights solid in yellow.

 

What do I need to do?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
