Hello I'm having trouble get a code too verify my identity

I've selected my number over 50 times now and no luck 

Yet, I've been in touch with Vodafone and they reset my

account so many times now and no luck and I don't get a

chance too go in one off the shops I'm always busy

Another week another promised call back not received and still not able to access my account.

 

No matter how much I think that you actually can't surpass yourself vodafone, you always seem to make it possible.

Carly the link is useless.  I just get a reply stating I'm at deadlock so nothing can be done to help me.  Isn't that absolutely pathetic?  This issue actually has nothing to do with the deadlock.

 

I decided to call back off my own back despite being promised a call back.  My issue had been resolved apparently.  The operator on the phone guided me through the steps and guess what I still couldnt access the account and still had the same issue.  The operator on the line has promised to escalate it and I will receive notification within 7 days.  I've lost count of the number of operators have now told me they will escalate it only for me to hear nothing. I'm so tired of calling I really thought i'd had enough of this farce two months ago but Vodafone are pushing it to new levels.

 

I also asked the operator to send me all 18 bills since i signed up to my contract so i could provide to the ombudsman in relation to my deadlock.  I got 8 random bills from the last 18 months. Handy that.

 

Vodafone certainly know how to make things as frustrating and as difficult as possible.  First in class for that.
