Hi,

Understanding the lights:

The panel on your Sure Signal will look like this:

• Each light will be either on, off or flashing
• The power light will only ever flash red or be solid red
• All other lights will be either orange or white

Click here if you’re having problems registering or adding and removing users.

Click here if you get ‘Call Failed’ when making a call.

Click here if all lights are fine, but you don’t have any 3G signal.
