If this was my device I’d try....
- Turn the device Off and On to soft reboot it.
- Clear the Camera Apps Cache and Data.
- Make sure any updates are processed.
- Emsure there is enough storage for the pictures.
- Try another Camera App.
- Back Up and Factory Reset.
- Take the device to a Vodafone Highstreet Store to see if they can make it work and if not ask for it to be sent off under the 24 Month Manufacturing Warranty. Take Time and Date Stamped pictures of the device to be able to prove its aesthetic condition. One of it turned On and one of any visible water sensor. Ask the Store Rep to note its condition.
