Video Calling from S6 Edge???

Hi

 

Can anybody please confirm wether you got otion to make video calls from S6 Edge.

Sorry I already read full specification but it won't say anything about how to make video calls and yes I know it supports video messages and calls but how? And after contacting Samsung as adviced by one of the tech team from Vodafone they says its up to voda to to allow video calls and voda says its Samsung's feature. So end of the day its customers who won't get this feature due to both companies blaming each other.....

Many thanks for your reply. Please see the attachments as in .pdf file which is taken from EE web forum it clearly shows Video Call button in dial pad but in my phone from voda there is no otion for video call at all (please see attached .png file - screenshot taken from my phone).

 

I tried all the settings and even tried with diffrent themesand modes (easy mode) including default but it still shows no options for video call.

Thanks for your reply but I don't know which live help you are talking about as I had this conversation with live chat regarding this issue few times and every time they called me back and connected me to Tech team and everytime they connect I got totally contradictory replies and even told once its up to Samsung to give that feature not voda's problem.

Now you saying this is something to do with my account.

Can I please request you all to sit togather for a minute and decide what answers you needto give to a customer regarding a issue when they contact better than giving diffrent contradoctory replies and asking to contact live help for all issues.

I was promised a resolution and a reply from tech team when I spoke to them last friday regarding this issue but no one replied or called yet.

I am very sure this setting is definately provided by Samsung but dissapeared while the tweaks from voda.

Can you please give an explained solution here other than asking me to contact Live Help so it can benefit others as well as its issue with everyone (I think) so they also don't need to open a new thread to get a reply.
