Thanks for grtting back but you didin't replied regarding this issue but that was for the promotional wireless charger and case. This issue is still not resolved.

Hi i have the same issue let me know if you get a fix for this please as i have tryed live chat and they were no help and have waited for a call back from the tech team but never get a call .

I haven't got any reply yet. The last reply I got was for a diffrent issue regarding wireless charger which is sorted now.

Sorry to say but do you really read replies before you email. The email you resend you credited my account which I don't deserve (in a way) but what that credit has to do with my issue with video calling. I already emailed reply for that mail on 13/05 that its a diffrent isdue regarding the wireless charger. And that is sirted now. But about video calling. Can you pleade reply for that asap....

Can you please reply with a solution as its long time but never heard back any reply yet. If you check the forum lots of other members got this same problem and I spoke to Samsung they says the issue is from your side. And also checked few other hand sets with other providers and they all got this option.
