Vodafone Broadband Router / iOS

Hi there,

 

Two problems - the iOS Vodafone Broadband application when clicking on the support button tries to send an email to a non-existent address which bounces back - I assume the same is true on the Android version.  Can you please pass this on to your developers to fix as soon as possible.

 

Reason: 550 5.1.1 <converged complaints at vodafone dot com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown

 

Secondly since the recent firmware update I can no longer use the Vodafone Broadband application on my iPhone (iOS 10).  I've tried deleting it and re-installing but no joy and I don't wish to factory reset the router as the application worked fine on my Samsung Tab when I just downloaded it now.  Any ideas?
